Quiet Leaders Academy was built around a simple observation, one that kept surfacing through years of leadership and coaching: thoughtful, capable people were quietly convincing themselves they were not leadership material.
Not because they lacked ability. But because the version of leadership they saw around them did not look anything like them. Too loud. Too performative. Too focused on visibility over substance. And rather than questioning the model, they questioned themselves.
What started as a different way of thinking about leadership grew into something broader. Because leadership does not exist in isolation. How you lead is shaped by how you live, what you value, and the kind of person you are becoming over time. That is the thinking behind Lead, Live and Legacy. Not three separate offers, but three dimensions of the same philosophy.
Meet the Founder
Graham Dodds founded Quiet Leaders Academy to help thoughtful leaders step fully into who they are, and build lives and careers that genuinely reflect it.
With over 30 years of experience as a senior leader across investment firms, banks, and sovereign wealth funds, Graham brings a rare combination of commercial depth and human insight. He has spent much of his career in data and AI leadership, operating at the intersection of complexity, high stakes decision making, and organisational change.
His work now focuses on helping leaders develop clarity, self-awareness, and lasting behavioural change. Supporting people to navigate complexity, use their strengths more effectively, and make better decisions across both work and life.
